Early in the morning

For you the bees fly once across South Tyrol. But not only the honey on our breakfast table is regional. At the Eishof your day begins with milk and cheese from the farm next door, homemade bread, tea from the Vinschgau region and all sorts of homemade food directly from our kitchen.

Lunch break

Dumplings, bacon or a traditional stew. And? 

Can you taste South Tyrol yet? At lunchtime we combine on our plates the best that the season has to offer with homemade ideas from our chef Simone.

Mountain dinner

Because nobody likes to go to bed with an empty stomach, the pots in our kitchen are still hot at late hours. With our evening menu you can try different South Tyrolean specialities and then you will be sent to sleep with a traditional liquor.
